Parable of the Wedding Banquet: Kimi was in seventh grade and invited all the eigth graders to come to her party. The unpopular kids were the only people to RSVP. Kimi was hurt and furious. She told all the eigth graders that they were not good enough to come to her party and invited all of the seventh graders to come to her party instead. All of the seventh graders came but Kimi only chose to hang out with a few.
Parable of the Ten Virgins: A girl named Olivia invited ten girls to a party at her house. Olivia was known for her swimming pool but five of the girls were foolish and did not bring swimming suits. The foolish 5 asked the girls who brought their swimsuits what to do. The other girls repplied, "tell your mothers to drive you back home to get your swimsuits." So the foolish five girls took the others advice and went back to retrieve their swim suits. Once the foolish five came back, the other girls had already swam and were eating dinner. So always be prepared or you will miss out on fun things.
