The Wedding Banquet There is a mom having a party for her teenage daughter- Jessica(change if you please). her mother is inviting all of her best friends.When it is time for the party to roll around she is waiting but no one comes.She is mad she doesn’t understand why no one would want to come to her daughter's party.So she decides that she will have another party.This time instead of handing out pary invites, she hangs a flyer on the school bulletin board saying that the theme is Hawaian and that there will be a huge pool, game room, and extravagant gift bags.This time when it is time for her daughter's party, many people came and accepted the grass skirts being handed out at the door. One girl wasn't wearing one. The mother said “Why did you come to my party, and not accept the FREE grass skirts being handed out?” And she threw he into the freezing pool, where there was knasing of teeth. Many people were invited to her party but only few were chosen.
This story relates the parable in the Bible because the girl's mother is like the king- and both are related to God.They both invited people to their child's party but no one came.Then they invited anyone who could come. (Jews= chosen, or originally invited people; Christians= replacements, or originally univited people) Everyone was given a grass skirt (just like Jesus died for everyone), but some didn't accept. And they were thrown in the freezing pool (hell).
